Gary Evans is the Chief Executive Officer of The Blue Kite Academy Trust, with over twenty years experience in education. Gary has an extensive knowledge in school improvement and has received recognition from MPs, for his work in raising pupil achievement. His leadership and management was graded as Outstanding by Ofsted, and he has coached Middle Leaders across three primary schools. In the role of Headteacher, Gary successfully led a school from Special Measures to Good with Outstanding features, within two years.

Bob Buckley has been a Headteacher for over twenty years, in three different schools in Wiltshire. He has experience in school improvement; winning awards for being in the top one hundred, most improved schools across the country. Bob has successfully opened and managed a Children's Centre, which has been recognised as a 'leading' service within Swindon for vulnerable families, including family support work.

Kirsty Baker has worked in primary education for over fifteen years, specialising in Key Stage One and the Early Years Foundation Stage. She has worked in different schools across Wiltshire, progressing from classroom teacher, to Key Stage Lead, to Assistant Head Teacher. Her vast knowledge and experience has led her to successfully mentor PGCE/SCITT students and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). She has been graded as Outstanding by Ofsted and was awarded the title of a 'Phonics Champion' in Swindon. Kirsty has led the ITT Programme at Inspire for the last four years, and also facilitates the delivery of the Early Career Framework for Early Career Teachers and Mentors, in the local area.
Liz Horrobin has worked in primary education for over twenty years, specialising in Key Stage Two. Starting her teaching in the Midlands in a range of schools before making her way to Swindon. Graded Outstanding by Ofsted in a range of subjects throughout her career, she progressed to become a Headteacher of a local primary and nursery school, taking the school through a successful Ofsted. Having recently returned from maternity leave, it is now her role to oversee professional development across the trust.
