Top Tips to Support your Child at Home:

  • Create a timetable with your child, with some structured learning time throughout the day, for example:

    • 8:00am - Get up and dressed​

    • 9:00am - Maths based activity

    • 10:00am - Fun activity of choice

    • 10:20am - Snack

    • 10:30am - English based activity

    • 11:30am - PE/Exercise

    • 12:15pm - Lunch

    • 1:00pm - Topic based activity

    • 2:00pm - Fun activity of choice

    • 2:30pm - Reading 

  • Read as frequently as you can with your childFor help with 'paired reading', please click here

  • Practise your child's spellings/keywords

  • Create a list of things with your child, that they would like to make/do in relation to their current school topic

  • View the year group tabs at the top of this website, for ideas and websites to help support your child at home

  • Encourage your child to continue to wash their hands on a regular basis
